• Payment Window: Once an order is created, you have exactly 15 minutes to complete the payment. Orders not paid within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled and marked as failed.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We support KHQR (National QR standard), ABA Bank, Wing Money, and ACLEDA Bank transfers. All payments are processed through secure channels.
• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and delivered within 5-15 minutes after payment confirmation. During peak hours or special events, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.
• Verification: We strongly recommend using our "Check Game ID" feature to verify your account details and nickname before completing any purchase.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Please review our refund guidelines:

• Eligible for Refund: Refunds are available for transactions that failed due to technical issues on our end or if items were not delivered despite successful payment verification.
• Customer Responsibility: We cannot issue refunds for top-ups sent to incorrect User IDs, Zone IDs, or accounts due to customer-provided wrong information.
• Timeframe: All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase. Requests made after this period may not be honored.
• Process: Contact our 24/7 support team via Telegram (@LeangTopUp) with your Order ID, transaction screenshot, and description of the issue. We aim to resolve all refund cases within 1-3 business days.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method or credited as store balance at your preference.

• No Password Required: We NEVER ask for your game account password. The only exception is Roblox top-ups which require login credentials due to platform requirements - and even then, your data is handled securely.

• Commercial Reselling: Purchasing items in bulk for unauthorized resale purposes without proper reseller agreement with LeangTopUp.
